Arbra A. Corriea, age 99, of Grants Pass, died Friday, December 6, 2019 at The Suites.

She was born Arbra Sonnomia Ames to Chester Rolland and Sonnomia Margaret (Peay) Ames on April 15, 1920 in Provo, Utah. Arbra and Tony were married October 29, 1966 in Long Beach, California. In 1972, the family moved to Grants Pass from Bellflower, California.
From 1972 to 1983 Arbra owned and operated a mail order china painting supply business; and taught china painting in her home. Arbra’s mother was also a china painting artist and her art is curated at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC.

Arbra enjoyed sewing and china painting.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony “Tony” Corriea of Grants Pass; three sons, James Conlon of Grants Pass, Dan Corriea of Bakersfield, California, and Don Corriea of Camarillo, California; three daughters, Helen Margret Bouslaugh , of Woodland California, Diane M. Fisher of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mary “Dale” Ellen Rivette of Rockport, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Edward P. Conlon, sister, Laura Crumrine, and brother, Bill Ames.

Arrangements are entrusted to Southern Oregon Cremation Services/Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
