Annie Rose Williams

Annie Rose Williams, age 89, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Salvation Army in Grants Pass. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Annie was born October 10, 1919 in New Mexico. In her younger years she enjoyed taking long walks and car rides with her daughter-in-law, Yvonne. She loved to plant flowers and vegetable plants, going to yard sales and putting on yard sales. She especially enjoyed making Indian fried bread for her family.

Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Lucero of Hillsboro, Eugene Lucero of Salt Lake City, Utah and Will Williams and wife, Yvonne of Grants Pass; a daughter, Linda Simons and husband, Jim of Winloc, Washington; many grandchildren and great- grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond who died in 1983; sisters, Poly, Maggie, Flora, and Mary and a brother, Dave.
