Anne Marie Hatchman

Anne Marie Hatchman, age 60, of Grants Pass, died Friday, August 17, 2007 at her home.

No services will be held. Southern Oregon Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.

Anne was born to Frank & Laverne Kounovsky on May 24, 1947 in Fremont, Nebraska and was one of ten children. After graduating from Fremont High School, she moved to Los Angeles, California and attended Azusa Pacific College. She worked for Avery Label Systems, where she met her future husband, Ron Hatchman. They married in March of 1976 in Arcadia, California and shortly after moved from Monrovia, California to Grants Pass to start a family. From 1976 until 1994, she worked for Southern Oregon State Bank. After leaving the bank, she worked as a transaction coordinator for ERA Prestige Homes and currently for John L. Scott Realty.

She was a member of First Baptist Church for 31 years.

Her hobbies included gardening, the outdoors and was an avid sports fan. She especially loved to spend time with her three daughters.

Survivors include her daughters, Stephanie Boyer (and husband, Johnathan) of Seattle, Washington, Heather Hatchman of Ventura, California and Kristen Hatchman of Seattle, Washington; sisters, Shirley Florance of Alta Loma, California, Faye Farley of Elkhorn, Iowa, Carol Hoban of Heartwell, Nebraska, Judy Ross of Bakersfield, California, Patty Raver of Mead, Nebraska and Stacia Johnson of Fremont, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Jim Kounovsky, sister, Mary Mueller, and parents, Frank & Laverne Kounovsky.
