Ann Sackrider

Ann Sackrider, age 71, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Three Rivers Medical Center.

A memorial service will be at 12 Noon, Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Grants Pass Golf Club, 230 Espey Road, Grants Pass. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Ann was born February 16, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Bernice & Fred McAlmond. In 1958 she moved from California to Grants Pass and graduated from Grants Pass High School. On August 12, 1960 in Grants Pass she married Jim Sackrider and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and friend to all who knew her.

Her hobbies included gardening, shopping, travel, cooking/baking, reading, sewing and spending time with friends and family.

Ann is survived by her husband, Jim Sackrider of Grants Pass, Oregon and a daughter, Regina Sackrider and spouse Yasmine Branden of Portland, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jerry McAlmond.
