Allen Ray Cox

Allen Ray Cox, age 58, of Grants Pass, died Friday, April 26, 2013 at his brother’s home.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Missouri Flat Cemetery. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Allen was born July 18, 1954 in San Jose, California to Ray & Jerri Cox. In 1969 he moved from San Jose to Grants Pass and in 1972 graduated from Grants Pass High School. For 20 years he worked for Rough & Ready Lumber Company.

Allen enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He always had a beautiful garden.

Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Kathy of Grants Pass, Oregon; three children, Danny Dean of Redding, California, Aaron Thomas of Portland, Oregon, and McKenzie of Grants Pass, Oregon; two brothers, Steven and Wayne; and a sister, Sherry all of Grants Pass, Oregon.

He was preceded in death by a son, Allen.
